Dr. Kasun Subasinghage is a Senior Lecturer (Grade II) in the Department of Materials and Mechanical
Technology at Faculty of Technology, University of Sri Jayewardenepura, specializing in Mechatronics.
He earned his Ph.D. from Auckland University of Technology, New Zealand, in 2019, following his M.Sc.
and B.Sc. (Hons) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka. Dr. Subasinghage’s
research focuses on the integration of Supercapacitors in power management, with numerous
contributions to the field of power electronics. He has published extensively on cutting-edge
advancements in power electronics.
