Ayesha Sandaruwani, a researcher, received her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc ) in Engineering (Chemical and Process Engineering – Specialized in Food and Biochemical Engineering-2018) from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka and her MPhil in Materials Science and Engineering (2022) at the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, University of Moratuwa, under the Supervision of Dr(Mrs). Hansinee Sitinamaluwa (UOM) and Dr. (Ms). G. D. D. Galpaya (QUT, Australia). She Joined the Department of Biosystems Technology in the Faculty of Technology at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura in 2022 as a Lecturer (Probationary)
