Practical Insights Day Seminar Series on G.C.E A/L BST Practical
The Agriculture and Environmental Technology (AET) Day 2023, organized by the AET students of the Department of Biosystems Technology (BST), Faculty of Technology (FOT), University of Sri Jayewardenepura, was successfully held on 12th October 2023, from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm at the Faculty of Technology. The AET Day-2023 was held with the presence of Prof. Renuka Nilmini (Dean, FOT), Dr. Dhanushka Udayanga (Head, BST Department), Academic Staff Members (BST Department), and Vice Principals, Teachers and A/L Students (Mahinda Rajapaksha Vidyalaya).
The AET Day 2023 was an educational event to disseminate new knowledge and experience on laboratory and field work aspects of AET among college students. The event was primarily focused on providing laboratory exposure and hands-on experience on several Biosystems Technology laboratory experiments and field-related practicals to BST Advanced Level (A/L) students in Mahinda Rajapaksha Vidyalaya, Homagama.
