52nd Convocation of the University of Sri Jayewardenepura will be held on 13th, 14th, 15th and 16th October 2026 at the Bandaranaike Memorial International Conference Hall for the conferment of degrees.
Eligible graduands of the Faculty of Technology are required to submit the completed convocation supplication forms on 15th or 16th August 2026.
Therefore, please ensure that all the following documents are submitted to the faculty office of the Faculty of Technology on 15th or 16th August 2026 within official hours (9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m.) and you can apply your academic transcripts also.
1.Dully filled Supplication Form & the Declaration (A4 size)
(Please check the Faculty Web/LMS notice to download the supplication form)
2.Certified copy of the Birth Certificate (if your birth certificate is in Tamil or English Medium you have to submit Sinhala translate copy of it.)
3.Scanned copy of the first two pages of the Student Record Book – to certify your name in the registration of the University is as same as in the Pass List.
4.The bank receipt for the payment of the Convocation Fee (yellow copy for the bank payment/generated payment slip for online payment)

5.The bank receipt for the payment of the Academic Transcript fee (yellow copy for the bank payment/generated payment slip for online payment)

6.A self-addressed Rs. 70/- stamped envelope (23 cm x 10 cm) stating the index number, registration Number, and the name of the degree on top left hand corner.
Extra Information
- The name you have written on your Convocation Supplication Form must exactly match the name as it appears on your Sinhala Language Birth Certificate or the Sinhala translation of the Birth Certificate.
- The student record book should be submitted with a No dues certification from the faculty library and other relevant sections.
- Cloaks will be issued by the Faculty of Technology on 10th and 11th October 2026. Before collecting your cloak, you must hand over your Student Identity Card to the Faculty Office.
